<br />in consideration of exchange for corporate stock in family corporation
<br />received from grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm nnto R. L. DEIST MASONRY SALES 6

<br />herein called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real property in

<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of
<br />said Section 23, said point being 156.92 feet north of the SE corner of said NE~,SEt~E~;
<br />thence continuing northerly along the east line of said Section 23, a distance of 462.68
<br />feet, to a point on the southerly t`iyht-of-way '.i^~ of U.S. Highway 30, thence deflecting
<br />left 72014'30" and running northwesterly along said highway right-of-way line a distance
<br />of 53.0 feet; thence running southwesterly along the arc of a curve whose radius is 2,789.79'
