<br /> <br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED <br />THZS DEED is made by John R. Brogan as Personal Repre- <br />sentative of the Esta*_e of Ada L. Wochner, deceased, Grantor, to <br />Margery Melkus, Grantee, whose address is Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, the above-named decedent in her lifetime made <br />and executed her Last Will and Testament dated September t5, 1967, <br />which Will was duly admitted to formal probate on June 2, 1976, <br />by the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Probate No. 35-34; <br />WHEREAS, the Grantor herein was given a power of sale <br />over the herein described real estate by the aforesaid Last Will <br />and Testament of Ada L.
