<br />service, they shall farm a separate sanitary and improvement district <br />in accordance with state taw and enter into an agreement with the City <br />of Grand Island pertaining to reasonable rental figures for the use of <br />the sanitary sewer service owned and operated by the City. Zn the <br />alternative, the Subdividers agree to install any and all necessary <br />septic tank systems for structures located within said subdivision <br />` in accordance with rules, regulations and guidelines of the Department <br />of Health. <br />3. Water, No City water service is available. Consequently, <br />the City of Grand Island authorizes the use of private wells to furnish <br />any and all structures within said subdivision, The Subdividers agree <br />to waive any and all right to protest the creation of a water main ds- <br />trict which would affect said subdivision, and. further agree to connect <br />any grid all structures within said subdivision to the City water. <br />supply-after its construction within three construction seasons after <br />the-water system is certified complete by the city engineer for the <br />City of Grand Island., Nebxaska, <br />4. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots within <br />said subdivision in accordance with the structures located thereon so <br />that storm water drains to public right-of-way. <br />5. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of the-land <br />is-the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers shall have transferred <br />- __ <br />title to the property, then the vsrious grantees thereof, will install, <br />at their own expense, all public sidewalks as required by subsection (8) <br />of Section 32-22 of the Grand Island City Code when each lot is built <br />upon, and sidewalks shall be regulated and required with the building <br />permit for each such lot, <br />6. The undersigned owners as Subdividers warrant that they are <br />the owners in fee simple of the'land described and proposed to be known <br />
