79-- 4rt~~~H4 <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS <br />AND CONDITIONS FOR WESTROADS ESTATES <br />4TH SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />The undersigned, Joe E. Setlik and Dorothy M. Setlik, husband and wife., <br />and Clarence L. Shuda and Vernie K. Shuda, husband and wife, hereinafter called <br />the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the Weat Half <br />of the Northeast Quarter (WANE'-4), and part of the Northwest Quarter (t1W3g), all in <br />. <br />Section Thirty Five (35), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten {10) West of the <br />6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particul~.rly described in the plat of said <br />subdivision, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the aforesaid owners of Baia sob~a•~s.on to <br />improve WESTRDADS ESTATES 4TH by encouraging the sale of lots and the construction <br />of modern and desireable dwellings. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration thereof, and of the mutual benefits to <br />be derived by the owners of said subdivision, and any purchaser or purchasers, <br />their heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns, the owners atign- <br />late and agree that any and all lots in said subdivision sold, transferred and <br />conveyed shall be and are subject to the following Frotective Covenants, Reatric- <br />Liana and Conditions, all of which shall run with the land as follows: <br />1. All lots in the subdivision shall be known and described as resi- <br />dsatial lots. <br />2.
