<br /> <br />REVOCRTION AND RELEASE OF AGREEMENT FOR PROTECTIVE <br />COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS <br />COME NOW Daryl D. Reber and Arline H. Reber, husband <br />and wife, being the sole owners of the hereafter described real <br />property and do hereby revoke, release and void the Agreement <br />for Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions heretofore <br />imposed on the hereafter described property by an Agreement dated <br />January I9, 1961, and recorded on-January 30, 1961, in Book 8 of <br />the Miscellaneous Records at Page 597 in the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall-County, Nebraska: <br />Part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />{E~NWQ} of Section Twenty-E-fight {28}, in <br />Township Eleven {li) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.
