<br />to and held by tbe Mortgagee without liability, and upon loreclosure of this mortgage, or acquisition of the real estate or any part thereof,
<br />in any -other manner, shall become the absolute property of the Mortgagee. The loos proceeds (less expenses of collection) shall, at
