<br />and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska and
<br />WILLEFORD FARMS, INC., a corporation organized and existing
<br />under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska,
<br />hereinafter called the Grantors, in consideration of Two
<br />Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Six and
<br />No/100 Dollars ($285,526.00} received from Grantee do grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto RUTH E. HARRINGTON,
<br />herein called the Grantee, the following described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W'zNE4} a.-~d the
<br />East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E'-gNWa) of Section
<br />Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve
<br />(I2), West of the 6th P.M., except for a +_ract of
<br />land beginning at the Northwest corner of said
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE ;NW n);
<br />thence easterly along the north line of said Section
<br />Eight (8), a distance of. Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine
<br />and Twelve Hundredths (799.12) feet; thence deflecting
<br />right 90°00' and running southerly, a distance of
<br />Thirty-Three {33.0) feet, to a point of curvature;
<br />thence southwesterly along the arc of a curve whose
<br />radius is 1,383.5 feet (the long chard of which
<br />deflects 44°54'40" right from the last described
<br />course, and has a length of 1,117.9 feet), an arc
<br />distance of One Thousand One Hundred Forty-Six and
<br />Ninety-Seven Hundredths (1,146.97) feet, to a point
<br />on the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NEiNWi); thence northerly alcng
<br />the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the tdorth-
<br />west Quarter (NEaNWa), a distance of Eight
<br />Hundred Twenty-Four and Seventy-Five Hundredths
<br />(824.75} feet to the place of beginning and con-
<br />taining 5.847 acres more or less.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs
<br />and assigns forever.
<br />And each Grantor for itself and its successors does
<br />hereby covenant with the Gra-,tee and with Grantee's heirs
<br />and assigns that Grantors-are lawfully seized of said
<br />premises; that they are free from encumbrance; that Grantors
<br />have good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whosoever.
<br />And each Grantor further warrants that William J.
<br />Willeford and Edith C. Willeford are the only
<br />shareholders of Grantors.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused these
<br />presents to be signed by its President.
