<br />Personal Corepresentatives under the probated last Will of Gesina
<br />Graf, deceased, acting under Letters of Personal Corepresentatives
<br />issued to them on December 26, 197$, and under the last Will of
<br />Gesina Graf, deceased, duly admitted to probate in the County Court
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 25, 197$, as Grantors, in

<br />received from Grantee, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Grantee, FOUR STAR MOBILE HOMES, INC., a corporation, the following
<br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1}, Graf Subdivision in the village of Doniphan,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the described real estate conveyed by this
<br />Deed together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging unto Grantee and to Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns.
<br />The real estate is conveyed subject to all applicable zoning
<br />laws, rules and regulations, and convenants, conditions, restrictions,
<br />reservations, easements of record and visible easements.
<br />Grantors covenant the premises are conveyed free and clear of aiI
<br />liens and encumbrances caused by any claim for taxes levied against
<br />the estate of Gesina Graf, deceased, and warrant that Grantors will
<br />defend the premises against lawful claims and demands of all persons
<br />claiming by, through and under Grantors.
