<br /> <br />d <br />2, That this mortgage secures all amounts now or hereafter advanced by <br />.mortgagee ug to and including the aggregate total principal amount <br />of the note described above,-plus any additional amounts which may <br />be advanced according to the terms of said note or this mortgage, <br />plus any additional loans and extensions of credit, not to exceed <br />the aggregate total principal amount of $4,544,444.40 at aay tame <br />outstanding, which may from time to time be advanced or repaid and <br />zeadvanced at the sole option of the mortgagee, as well as any <br />interest attributable to and ail extensions, renewals and refundings <br />of all or part of any of the above. None of the provisions of this <br />mortgage shall be deemed extinguished by virtue of the fact that the <br />note described above may at any time not evidence a debt actually <br />outstanding. <br />3. That failure to pay any of said money, either principal or interest, <br />when the same becomes due, or a failure to comply with any of the <br />foregoing agreements, shall cause tine whole sum or sums of money <br />herein secured to become due and collecti'~le at once at the option <br />of the mortgagee, its successors or assigns. <br />4. Zn case of a foreclosure of this mortgage under any of these <br />provisions, a receiver may be appointed to collect the rents, <br />and profits fraan the mortgaged premises and proceeds of any .such <br />rents and profits so collected shall be applied on the debt <br />secured hereby. <br />5.
