~9-~- u~s2~1~1 <br />It is e~spressly covenanted. and agreed by the undersigned Assignors <br />that at the ti:cze of the execution and delivery of this Assignment tFsere has been <br />ado anticipatioar or pregayment of any rents by any of the tenants occupying the <br />above-described property or by any of the lessees in any of the above-mentioned <br />leases. <br />It is further caver_anted and agreed that all leases or subleases coveting <br />all or any Bart of said premises sYrall be approved by First Federal, its successors <br />or assigns, prior to the execution thereof.
