Meier, who is shown <br />to be the owner of record of the property on which said Tien <br />was filed, to-wit: <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />(S~NW4) of Section Thirteen (i~?, Town- <br />" ship Twelve (12), Range Nine (9), West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hail County, Nebraska. <br />Said Notice was mailed to-Ruben E. Meier, Route #3, <br />Bdx 93, Grand Island, Nebraska, which was the Tast address <br />of said Ruben E. Meier known to Affiant. <br />0. Wm. VonSeggern further states under oath that he <br />is attorney for Brodsky's P.eady-Mix, Inc., of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, a corporation, the-party claiming such lien. <br />DATED this 10th day of April, T979. <br />~-~ <br />.
