Default is entered against <br />r <br />her., <br />and the court finds that i~ has Puri-sdiction of the parties <br />and of the subject matter and that no further waiting period is <br />necessary or should be required before taking up this matter fnr <br />final disposition, amr sr;ch further waiting period being ~~~aived by <br />the court. <br />The court f:.nds that neit:;er of the parties is mentally ill, <br />and that neither is in the are;ed forces of the United States of <br />America or any of its allies. <br />T.~ereupon, t.~is cause is heard on the peti~ion of the petitioner <br />and the evidence, upon consideration whereof' the court finds that ~ <br />the parties were married as set forth in said petition (June 10, 1975), <br />that ttt;e petitioner rigs tr:ereq~~isite residence, ir.
