21. Fu#ure Advances. Upon request of Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option, prior to release of this <br />Mortgage, tray make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Futxtre Advances, with interest thereon, shall <br />be secured by this Rortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said Hates are secured hereby <br />except that the interesi rate on the entire unpaid balance and the term of the original loan, Lo the extent <br />permitted by law, may be adjusted as the parties hereto may agree. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall discharge this <br />Rortgage, without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordation, if any. <br />- Modification. Upon request of borrower, lender, at lender's option, has conditionally waived tht =' <br />requirements as set forth in paragraph #2 "Funds for Taxes and Insurance" of the Uniform Covenants <br />of said mortgage provided that the borrower complies with his responsibility as set forth in paragraph #4 <br />and #5 of the Uniform Covenants acknowledging that the lender has conditionally waived his option under <br />paragraph #2.
