<br />PARTIAL RELEASE OF KEAL ESTATE M{~TGA&E
<br />In consideration of partial payment by Graff Island Hardware
<br />Gonpany, Inc. of the debt named herein, The First National Bank
<br />of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, hereby releases its
<br />mortgage on ttte fallowing described real estate:
<br />~' Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six {6), and
<br />all of vacated alley vacated by Ordinance.#3911,
<br />all in Block Five (53, Kernohan and Decker's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Fractional Lot One (I) in Fractional Black Fifty
<br />{50), in Packer and Ban's Second Addition, and
<br />its complement, Fractional Lot Eight (8), in
<br />Fractional Block Four (4), in Kernahan and Decker's
<br />Addition, both being additions to the City of Grand
<br />Isla, Hall County, Nebraska; and Lots Two (2},
<br />Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Fifty (50), in
<br />- Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The Easterly One-Half (E~) of that portion of
<br />vacated Logan Street vacated by Ordinance X880
<br />lying between Block Forty Nine {49), and Block
<br />Fifty (50) of Packer and Ban's Second Addition,
<br />extending from the Northerly line of Third Street
<br />to. the. Southerly line of the Union Pacific Rail-
<br />• .road right-of-way.
<br />.All of vacted Harrison Street vacated by Ordinance
<br />#4892 lying between Packer and Barr's Second
<br />'addition and Rernahan and"Deeker's Addition to
<br />.Grand Island, Hall county, Nebraska.
<br />which-"mortgage is recorded in Book 165 of Real Estate Mortgages,
<br />page-203 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. The-foregoing mortgage shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all other property described in the mortgage, and
<br />this release shall apply only to the specific real estate des-
<br />cribed in this Fartisl Release.
