Public access through Eddy Street, Oxnard Avenue, <br />and Locust Street, are available to all lots within said subdivision. <br />The Subdividers agree to assume or pay for all assessments as a result <br />of paving projects regarding adjoining public right-of-way. <br />2. `vJater. Municipal water service is available to Lot One (1) <br />through a water main located in Eddy Street.. Lot Two (2) of said sub- <br />division has water access through the easement granted in sale. sub- <br />division to Eddy Street, or through connection to a water r_iain located <br />within Locust Street. The Subdividers agree to connect all structures <br />within said subdivision to public water service prior to the issuance <br />of any occupancy perriits. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is available for Lot <br />One (1) in Eddy Street, and for Lot Two (2) thrcugh the easement in <br />Eddy Street. The Subdividers agree to connect all structures within <br />said subdivision to sanitary sewer service prior to the issuance of <br />any occupancy permits. <br />4. i?rainagz. The Subdividers agree to drain alI lots within <br />said subdivision to public right-of-way. <br />5. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if sti21 the owners of the land <br />in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers shall have trans- <br />ferred title to the property, then the various gran*_ees thereof will <br />install, at their own expense, all public sidewalks required by the <br />Grand Island City Ccde when the adjacent lat is built upon, and side- <br />walks shall be regulated and required with the building permit for <br />each such lot. <br />5. karranty. The undersigned owners, as Subdividers, warrant <br />that they are the owners in fee simple of the land described and pro- <br />, eased to be k^.own as La Beiindo Subdivision, and that an abstract of <br />title will be submitted for exaL:inaticn, iF necessary, upon r-ec;uest <br />of the City of Grand Isiaud. <br />7.
