Efi IT ORDAINED BY THE ?MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITE OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Sanitary Sever District No. 443 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby ereated for the laving of an eight-inch, or 20.32 centimeters, vitrified clay or polyvinalchloride plastic pipe, Line and appurtenances thereto. SECTION 2. The boundaries of such sanitary sewer district shall be as follows: beginning at the Northeast Corner of Noughkirk Subdivision; thence running southerly on the easterly line of Houghkirk Subdivision for a distance of soo.o7 zees, or 111.761 meters, co the Southeast isomer of said subdivision; - ~ thence running southwesterly on the southerly line of said subdivision fot a distance of 99.86 feet, or 30.437 meters, to a point on the easterly line of Warren Lane; thence running southeasteziy on the easterly line of Warren iv line for a distance of 147,07 feet, oz 44,327 meters, to the northerly line ~ g of Tvelf[h Street; thence zunninrt southwesterly on the northerly line of ~' ~ Twelfth Street for a distance of 60 feet, or 18.288 meters, co the westerly eo a line of Warren Lane; thence renning northwesterly on the westerly line of - o: w Aatren Lane for a distance of 132 feet, or 40.237 meters, co the southerly ~ line of Houghkirk Subdivision; thence running southwesterly on the southerly - -' line of said subdivision for a dist~ace of 175 feet, or 53.340 meters, to the c9 westerly line of-said subdivision; [hence running northwesterly on the westerly '".~ lint of said subdivision for a distance of 637.7 feet, or 194,371 meters, to the Northwest Corner of said subdivision; thence running easterly on the mrtherly line of said subdivision for a distance of S76.S5 :"eet, oz 175.732 Peters, co the Northeast Corner or said subdivision, being the point of beginning, ali as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and iacazporaced herein by reference. SECTION 3. Said improvements shall be made in accordance with glans and specification prepared by the Engineer for the City who shall estimate the cost thereof, and submit the sae to the Cicy Council, and epos apprm al of the same, bids far the conatzuctioa of such sanitary sever shall be taken sad contracts entered into in the manner provided by law. SECTIOA 4.
