Sanitary Sever District No. 442 of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying of an eight-inch vitrified clay, or polyvinalchloride plastic pipe, line and appurtenances thereto. SECTION 2. The boundaries of such sanitary sewer district shall be as follows: Eeginning at a point on the easterly line of Hope Street and 9.92 feet, or 3.024 meters, North of the northerly line of Hedde Street; thence Winning southerly on the easterly line of Hope Street for a distance of 349.92 feet, oz lOb.656 meters, to the northerly line of Lot 5, Grand Island School Addition: thence running westerly on the northerly line of Lot 5, Grand Zsland School Addition for a distance of 34.6 feet, os 10.546 peters, to the easterly line of Sunny Acres Subdivision; thence running southerly on the easterly-line of Sunny Acres Subdivision for a i distance of 375.b feet, or 114.483 asters, to the southeast corner of i Sunny acres Subdivision; thence running westerly on the south line of Sunny Acres Subdivision for a distance of 691.77 £eet, or 210.852 meters. a~ w` to a point oa the westerly line of ada;as Street; thence running northerly m ~ oa the westerly line of Adams Street for a distance of 1,761.32 feet, or z 536.847 meters; ifience running easterly on a line perpendicular to the e a westerly line of Adans Street for a distance of 70 feet, oz 21.33b meters, N ~ to the easterly line of Adams Street; thence runninyt southerly on the ~ ~ easterly line of Adams Street for a distance of 1,035 feet, oz 315.468 d meters, to the Northwest corner of Sunny acres Subdivision; thence ~y running easterly on :he North line of Sunny Acres Subdivision for a -+ distance o£ 654.48 feet, or 199.486 meters, to a point on the easterly line of Hope Street, 9.92 feet, or 3.024 meters, North of the northerly - Line of Hedde Street. being the point of beginning, all as show on the plat"narked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein bq reference. SECTI~ 3. Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer for the City who shall estimate the cost thereof, and submit the same to the City Council, and upon approval of the same, bids for the construction of such sanitary sewer shall be takes and eoatzacts entered into is the manner provided by law. SECTION 4. The cost of construction of such improvements shall be assessed against t1~e property within the district abutting upon the street or other right-of-way within which snch sanitary sever main will be constructed within such sewerage district to the extort of bmefita to suck property by reacon of such improvemmt, and a special tax shall be levied at one time to pay for such cost of canatructioa as soon as can be ascertained, as provided by lmr; and, provided further, such special ta: and asaessmeats shall conatitue a sinking •fuad for the payment of aaq bonds with interest issued for the purpose of paying the cost of such saver in such district; such special assessments shall be paid sad collected in a ford to be designated sad lmova as the Sever and Water E:tenaion Fund, and out of which all warrants issued for the purpose of paying the cost of such sanitary sever shall be paid.
