79-~ Uil4 ~39~ <br />' ORDINANCE NO. 6412 <br />An ordinance creating Street Improvement Aistriet No. 976; defining ti-e boundaries of <br />the district; providing for the improvement of a street within the district by paving, <br />cazbfag, guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith: and to provide for an <br />e££sctive date of this ordinance. <br />E8 IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND GO[]NCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />- SECTION 1. Street Improvement Diatriet No. 976 in the City of Crand Island, Nebraska, <br />is hereby created. <br />SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: <br />Be inning at a point on the southeasterly line of Lot Two (2), Commercial <br />Industrial Park Second Subdivision, and 62.65 feet, oz 19.096 meters, <br />Southwest of the Southeast corner of said Lot 1\ao (2); thence runai.ng south- <br />- westerly on the southeasterly line of said Lot Two (2) for a distance o£ ^40 <br />feet, more or less, or J3.152 meters, more or less; thence running westerly <br />on a line parallel to and 300 feet, or 91.44 meters, South of the southerly <br />line of Frontage Road for a distance of 525 feet, or 1b0.02 meters, more or <br />leas, to a point on the West line of Industrial Lane; thence running northerly <br />mm the west iine of indu3tiial Lane °-- - - ---- - 360 feet, or 109.729 <br />metsrs, to a point on the !north line+of Frontage~Road; thence running easteriy <br />on the North line of Frontage Road for a distance of 724 feet, or 220.675 meters; <br />theact running southerly on a line parallel to and 50 feet, or 15.240 meters, <br />Nast of the easterly line of said Lot Two (2) for a distance of 227.3 feet, <br />ar 69.281 meters, to a point on the southeasterly line of said Lot 1do (2), <br />being the point of beginning, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />• SECTION 3. The following stree[ in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing, <br />_~titering, and all incidental work is connection therewith. <br />- Frontage Road from the easterly line of Industrial Lane to a point 50 feet, <br />or 15.24 meters, Kest of the East line of Lot Tvo (2), Commercial Industrial <br />' Park Sseoad S;:bdiviaion. <br />Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the <br />Ebsineer for the Cicy and approved by the Mayor and Council. <br />. SECTION 4. The improvements shall be made at public cost, but the cost thereof, <br />azcluding interaeetions, shall be assessed upon the lots and lands in the district specially <br />- ~afited thereby, as provided by law. <br />SECTION 5. Thin ordinmmce shall be in force and take effect £rom and after its passage, <br />aFprraval, and publication, without the plat, as provided by law. <br />SECTION 6. This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the office <br />o£ the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />_ SECTION 7. After passage, approval, and publication of this ordinance, notice of the <br />ereatlora of said district shall be pnblished in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal <br />aaagaper published and of general circulation is said Cicy, as provided by law. <br />E4attcd Apri.I 2. 1979 . <br />Fwbert L.
