DS IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRA?ID ISLAND. NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 979 in the C1ty of Grand Island, Nebraska, is herebg created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of [he district shall be as follova: Eegicming at a point on the northerly line of Tenth Street and 132 feet, ' or 40.234 meters, East of the easterly line of Kimball Avenue; thence running southerly on a line parallel to and 132 feet, or 40.234 meters, East of the easterly line of~Kimball Avenue for a distance of 440 feet, or 134.112 meters, to the southerly line of "Bath Street; thence reuuuiag westerly on the southerly line of Ninth Street for a distance of 344 feet, or 1 -.051 niece ~. -- a point i32 feet, or 40.234 seters. west of the westerly line of Kimball Avenue; thence running northerly on a line parallel to and 132 feet, or 40.234 meters, Gest of the westerly line of A3mba11 Avenue for a distance of 446 feet, or 134.112 meters, to the northerly line o£ Tenth Street; thence running easterly oa the northerly Line of Tenth Street fox a distance of 344 feet, or 104.851 meters, to a point 132 feet, or 40.234 meters, Eaat of the easterly line of Kimball Avenue, being the point oz beginning, all as shown on :he plat marked Euchibic ^A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by refezenee. SECTION 3. The following street in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing, =uttering, and all incidental wzk 1a coaaeetion cherewitk. Limball Avenue from Ninth Street to Tenth Street. Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the Sogineer for the City and approved by the Mayor and Council. SECTION 4. The improvements shall be made at public cost, but the cost thereof, e=cludiag intersaetions, shall be e=ncased upon the lots and leads 1n the district specially benefited thereby, as provided by law.
