7~--~• ~~1~~~ ASSIGNMENT For consideration in the amount of $25,000.00 in hand paid by Agnes H. Woltman, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the undersigned, Louie J. Roschynialski and Ernestine M. Roschynialski, husband and wife, do herewith sell, transfer and assign all of their right, title and interest in an3 to a certain Contract For Sale Of Real Estate And Personal Property between themselves and Richard A. Woltman dated August 22, 1978, in connection with the real estate described as Lot Three (3} in Block Two (2) in Dale Roush Second Subdivision in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E~SWP,) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (il) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and together with the mobile home located thereon described as a 1970 Rite-Craft Venture, identification no. 7-0472940, Model 3 BR FR. A copy of this Contract is attached as Exhibit "A" and is made a part hereof by this reference. By this Assignment, the assignors intend to also sell, transfer and assign all of their right, title and interest in the assets subject to this Contract namely the real estate and mobile home. To perfect this, the assignors have executed a Warranty Deed trans- ferring the title to the real estate to said Agnes H. Woltman and herewith assign said interest ;n Gaid mobile home and instruct the Escrow Agent to deliver the executed title to said mobile home to Agnes H. Woitman. ir. the event of default of the Contract. Assignors further agree to execute any further documentation as may be reason- ably reg_uired by Agnes H.
