<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />The undersigned James R. Jones, attorney for John R. Hanlon,
<br />the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Commissioner of Labor of the
<br />State of Nebraska, does hereby certify that Robert v. Hansen, doing
<br />business as Hansen Masonry, doing business in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, is indebted to the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State
<br />of Nebraska, for contributions d.ue on his employment for the first,
<br />second, third and fourth quarters of 1975, in the sum of $600.00; the
<br />first, second, third and fourth quarters of 1976, in the sum of $1400.00;
<br />the first, second, third and fourth quarters of 1977, in the sum of
<br />$1400.00, and the first, second, third and fourth quarters of 1978, in
<br />the sum of $1400.00; tall of these quarters have been assessed) and
<br />interest in the sum of $1032.00, with interest at the rate of one per
<br />cent per month on the sum of $4800.00. from March 28, 1979.
<br />By reason thereof, said John R. Hanlon, as Commissioner of
<br />Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation Fund, hereby claims
<br />a lien in the sum of $5832.00, with interest at the rate of one per
<br />cent per month on the sum of $4800.00, until paid, upon any and all
<br />property: real or personal, of said Robert V. Hansen, doing business
<br />as Hansen Masonry, and specifically claims a lien on the following
<br />described real estate:
