VonSeggern, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and says that on the 29th day of March, 1979, he mailed by United States mail, postage prepaid, notice of the filing of a Mechanic's Lien to Eddie Charles Wilhelmi and Clara Wilhelmi, who are shown to be the owners of record of the property on which said lien was filed, to-wit: The Southwest Quarter (SW;), excepting railroad right of way of Section Thirty-four (34) in Town- ship Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10} West of the 6th P.M., and excepting that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW~-,SWa) of Section Thirty-four (34), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point thirty-three (33) feet north and thirty- three (33) #eet east of the southwest corner of said Section Thirty-four (34), which is the point of be- ginning and which is also designated by a concrete marker installed by the Highway Department and run- ning thence north One Hundred (100) feet along and upon the east boundary line of the public road run- ning north and south parallel to the west side of said Section Thirty-four (34), thence at right angles in an easterly direction and parallel with the south boundary line of said Section Thirty-four (34) a distance of ninety (90} feet, thence southerly at right angles and parallel with the westerly boundary line of said Section Thirty-four (34) a distance of One Hundred (100} feet to the north edge of the high- way abutting said Section Thirty-four (34}, thence westerly along the north edge of said highway a dis- tance of ninety (90} feet to the point of beginning. Said Notice was mailed to Eddie Charles Wilhelmi and Clara Wilhelmi, Route i, Sox 304, Grand Island, Nebraska, which was the last address of said Eddie Charles Wilhelmi and Clara Wilhelmi known to Affiant. 0. Wm. VonSeggern further states under oath that he is attorney for Brodkey's Ready-Mix, Inc., of Grand Island, Nebraska, a corporation, the party claiming such lien.
