<br />THIS DEED is made by Pearl R. Brown, Personal Representative
<br />of the Estate of F.onald R. Brown, Deceased, Grantor, to Pearl
<br />R. Brown and Margaret R. Kennedy, Grantees.
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative
<br />of the Estate of Ronald R. Brown, Deceased, by the County Gourt
<br />of Hail County, Nebraska, and is now qualified and acting in
<br />said capacity; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Grantees are determined to be the persons
<br />entitled to distribution of the hereinafter-described real
<br />property, and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same to
<br />Grantees;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns, transfers, and
<br />releases to Grantees the following-described property:
<br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S~SW~)
<br />of Section Seventeen (17), and the West Half of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (W~NW~) of Section Twenty
<br />(20), all in Township Ten (10), North, Range Ten
<br />(10), West of the bth P,M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, an undivided one-half thereof to each
<br />Grantee, subject only to the homestead right of
<br />Pearl R, Brown, in the whole,
<br />togethps with all #enerients, heredit~ents and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging, but subject to easements and restrictions of
<br />record.
