<br />REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
<br />TRIANGLE EAST, INC., a Nebraska corporation, herein called
<br />the Mortgagor, in consideration of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand and
<br />No/100 Dollars ($260,000.00), does hereby mortgage to THE DEER
<br />COMPANY, a corporation, herein called the Mortgagee, the following-
<br />described real estate in Hall County and State of Nebraska:
<br />Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />{SW#SE'~) of Section One (1} in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (°) West of the 6th P.M., more par-
<br />ticularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing
<br />at the point of intersection of the Southerly right-
<br />of-way Lire of U.S. Highway No. 30, as now con-
<br />structed and located, with the South boundary line of
<br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SW~SE~) of said Section One (1), running thence East
<br />along and ugon the South boundary line of said South-
<br />west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW~tSE~t) of
<br />said Section One (1), for a distance of 1104.9 feet,
<br />turning thence North at an angle of 90° and running
<br />North for a distance of 569.0 feet to the Southerly
<br />right-of-way line of said O.S. Highway No. 30, as now
<br />constructed and located, and running thence in a
<br />Southwesterly direction along and upon the Southerly
<br />right-of-way line of O.S. Highway No. 30, as now con-
<br />structed and located, for a distance of 1258.55 feet,
<br />to the place of beginning;

<br />in Townshig Eleven (12) North, Range Nine (9), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at a point cn the South boundary
<br />tine of the Southeast Quarter (SE,) of said Section
<br />One fl), which is the intersection of said South
<br />boundary line with the East line of the tract con-
<br />veyed to The Geer Company, a corporation, by Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Boak 95, at gage 437, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />thence North along said East line of said tract so
<br />conveyed, to the 3ntersectian of said East line with
<br />the South right-of-way line of U.S. IIighway No. 30,
<br />running thence Northeasterly upon said right-of-way
<br />line, a distance of 231.4 feet, running thence South-
<br />westerly at an angle of 128°17' to the right, to a
<br />point on the South line of said Section One (2),
<br />which point is 62.1 feet East of the place of
<br />beginning, running thence West along and upon the

<br />52.2 feet to the point of beginning; being a tract of
<br />land 231.9 feet wide along the South right-of-way
