<br />public forever, of the easements to public utilities, in consideration <br />of the acceptance of the plat o` said Block 7, Unit Cne, Continental <br />Gardens, the Subdivider hezehy consents and agrees with the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at its expense <br />the following improvements: <br />1. Pa vin No additional caving is necessary for this subdivision. <br />2. Water. The Subdividers agree to construct several water mains <br />in the- subdivision to serve all lots in the Subdivision in accordance <br />with the plans approved by the City's Director of Public Works and <br />subject to the City's inspection, and agree to connect all structures <br />in the subdivision to the said water ;rains. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree to construct a sanitary <br />sewer to serve all lots in the subdivision in accordance with the plans <br />and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public Works and <br />subject to the City's inspection, and agree to connect ali structures <br />in the subdivision to the said sanitary sewer mains. <br />4. Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade the subdivision <br />basically in accordance with the plans on file with the City's Director <br />of Public Works for the drainage of Continental Gardens Subdivisions <br />prepared by Tits Kawamoto, and dated January 7, 1975, subject to the <br />final approval of the City's Director of Public Works as to their com- <br />pliance with such plans, and that such subdivision drains to the public <br />r igti t-of-way . <br />5. Sidewalks. In accordance with the master plan for Continental <br />Gardens Residential Development. <br />6. Warranty. The undersigned owners, as Subdividers, warrant <br />that it is the ownar in fee simple of the land described and proposed <br />to be knawn as Block 7, Unit One, Continental Gardens, and that an <br />abstract of title will be submitted for examination, if necessary, <br />r <br />k upon request of the City of Grand Island. <br />k~ <br />E. 7. This agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding <br />i , upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors, <br />- 2 - <br />
