Pa vin No additional caving is necessary for this subdivision. 2. Water. The Subdividers agree to construct several water mains in the- subdivision to serve all lots in the Subdivision in accordance with the plans approved by the City's Director of Public Works and subject to the City's inspection, and agree to connect all structures in the subdivision to the said water ;rains. 3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree to construct a sanitary sewer to serve all lots in the subdivision in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public Works and subject to the City's inspection, and agree to connect ali structures in the subdivision to the said sanitary sewer mains. 4. Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade the subdivision basically in accordance with the plans on file with the City's Director of Public Works for the drainage of Continental Gardens Subdivisions prepared by Tits Kawamoto, and dated January 7, 1975, subject to the final approval of the City's Director of Public Works as to their com- pliance with such plans, and that such subdivision drains to the public r igti t-of-way . 5. Sidewalks. In accordance with the master plan for Continental Gardens Residential Development. 6. Warranty. The undersigned owners, as Subdividers, warrant that it is the ownar in fee simple of the land described and proposed to be knawn as Block 7, Unit One, Continental Gardens, and that an abstract of title will be submitted for examination, if necessary, r k upon request of the City of Grand Island. k~ E. 7.
