Paine, Jr., as Personal <br />Representative of the Estate of Andrew Cosh, deceased, being the duly appointed, <br />qualified and acting personal representative of the estate on this date, and in <br />pursuance of the power and authority granted and conferred upon me, under the terms <br />or" the Last Will and Testament of Andrew Cosh, deceased, which said Last Will and <br />Testament was duly admitted to probate in the County Court of.
