<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 'Chat I, Bayard H. Paine, Jr., as Personal
<br />Representative of the Estate of Andrew Cosh, deceased, being the duly appointed,
<br />qualified and acting personal representative of the estate on this date, and in
<br />pursuance of the power and authority granted and conferred upon me, under the terms
<br />or" the Last Will and Testament of Andrew Cosh, deceased, which said Last Will and
<br />Testament was duly admitted to probate in the County Court of. Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and is of record in said office, and in consideration of the sum of FORTY-THREE
<br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NOji00 bOLLARS {$43,560.00), in hand paid, do hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unta 5 STAR INVESTMENTS, INC., the follow-
<br />ing described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />to-wit
<br />Lot Two {2}, in Block One (1), in Windolph's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging;
<br />and also all the right, estate, title, interest, property, possession, claim and de-
<br />mand whatsoever, which the said testator had in his lifetime, and at the time of
<br />decease, in which the said grantor has, by virtue of the said Last Will and Testament,
<br />or otherwise, of, in or to the above granted premises and every part and parcel
<br />thereof with the appurtenances.
<br />TO }iAVE AND TO HOLll the above described property with ail of the hereditaments
<br />and appurtenances thereof, unto the said grantee, and to its successors and assigns,
<br />forever.
<br />The said grantor, for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators does
<br />covenant, promise and undertake to and with the grantee, its successors and assigns,
<br />that he is the lawful personal representative of the Last Will and Testament of the
<br />said Andrew Cosh, deceased, and has power to convey as aforesaid, and has in all
<br />respects, acted, in making this conveyance, in pursuance of the authority granted in
<br />and by the said Last i~7i'_1 and Testament; and th.t he has not made, done or suffered
<br />ary act, matter or thing whatsoever, since he ~=as personal. representative as afore-

<br />impeaehed, charged or encumbered, in any manner whatsoever, and the grantor hereby
<br />covenants that the premises are free and clear of anti lien or encumbrance caused by
<br />am claim for taxes levied against the Estate of Andrew Cosh, deceased.
