<br />Re: Lot Two (?), in Block One (1), in
<br />L~indolph's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />BAYARD H. PAINE, Jr., being first duly sworn, on has oath, deposes
<br />and says that he is of legal age; that he is a resident of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and, that he has been such a resident for seventy-
<br />two years last past.
<br />.Affiant further states that he was well and personally acquainted
<br />with EMMA G7~DEMEYER, one of the grantees with her sister, Dorothy
<br />Wedemeyer, E:*'~o is now Dorothy Wedemeyer Jarvis, in a certain tarranty
<br />Deed, which was dated and acknowledged on April 28, 1925, filed on June 2,
<br />1925, and recorded in Book 66, at Page 299, in the Deed Records, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska; and with EM.~tA
<br />6iEDEMEYER COSH, t_he grantee in a certain Warranty Deed, which was dated,
<br />acknowledged and filed on January 31, 1929, and recorded in Book 67, at
<br />Page 498, in the Deed Records, in the Office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and with ENli'v1.A E. COSH, Deceased, whose estate was
<br />filed for probate on June 30, 1976, in the County Court of Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska, Probate Case No. 35-77, and was duly probated therein.
<br />Affiant further states that he personally knew the said EMMA
<br />4VEDEti7EYER, EMA4A WEDEMEYER COSH and EPQMA E. COSH and was her attorney for
<br />many years last past, that he was one of the witnesses to her Last F?ill
<br />and Testament executed on February 19, 1964, and, that he was one of the
<br />attorneys who probated her said estate; further, that he was also a long
<br />time friend and attorney of her husband, Andrew Cosh, and was a witness
<br />to his T.dill and at `_he present time he is serving as the Personal ?2eore-
<br />sentative as well as one of the attorneys in his estate in the County
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Probate Case Nc. 36-231; and, that pie
<br />positively knows, of his own personal knowledge, that the said ER'L•4P.
<br />WEDEMEYER, ED4MA G4EDEMEYE?2 COSH, and EMMA E~. COSH, was one and the same
<br />individual, notwithstanding the discrepancy in names, and she was also
<br />sometimes known as EMMA COSH.
<br />Further, affiant sayeth not.
<br />SIGNED and dated in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, this 1st
