Perry and Deborah Ana <br />pe~- ~, -~ husband and wife, of Doaglas County, Nebraska, herein- <br />after Mortgagor," and COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAj7INGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION, hereinafter "Mortgagee," <br />" W I T N E S S E T H <br />WHEREAS, on the 1st day of Decker , 19~, Mortgagor <br />executed a document entitled "Mortgage Note" and a document <br />entitled "Mortgage" in favor of Mortgagee; and <br />WHEREAS, on the 4th day of December 1978, such Mortgage <br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, at Book 78 of Mortgages, pageD07967 and <br />WHEREAS, the above-described Mortgage Note and Mortgage <br />contain the following statement: <br />"Deferred interest shall be added to the principal <br />balance monthly and shall increase the principal <br />balance to not more than $ 1,782.74 " <br />and <br />WHEREAS}},~ the figure set forth in the preceding recital is <br />3.ll~r'~JrreVt, t13e correct f~.g;ire be 2ng $ 37,782.74 and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties hereto to modify the <br />Mortgage Nate and Mortgage to substitute. the correct figure. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants <br />herein contained, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. The language contained in the Mortgage Note and Mortgage <br />as (allows: <br />"Deferred interest shall be added to the principal <br />balance monthly and shall increase the principal <br />balance to not more than $ 1,782.74 ,^ <br />be and hereby is modified to read: <br />"Deferred interest shall be added to the principal <br />balance monthly and shall increase the principal <br />balance to not more than $ 37,782.74 . <br />2. Except as herein modified, the Mortgage Note and Mortgage, <br />as arigirally executed ar_d as described herein, shall re^ain in <br />full forca and effect and be fully binding upon the parties hereto. <br />3.
