WILLIAMS, an unremarried <br />widow, all of our undivided interest in the following <br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Six (6), Biock Three (3), Woodbine <br />Addition to the Cicy of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur- <br />tenances thereur_to belonging, unto the said Grantee and to <br />her heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with <br />the said Grantee and with her heirs and assigns, that we are <br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance and that we have good right and lawful authority <br />to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to warrant and <br />defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims <br />of all persons whomsoever.
