<br />(INTESTATE ESTATE)
<br />THIS DEED is made by Nancy L. Williams. and Carlyle Williams as
<br />Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate Of Wilford F. Williams,
<br />Deceased, Grantors, to Harold Williams, Maurice Williams, Rose-
<br />mary Grant, Carlyle Wi L'.iams, and Nancy L. Williams, as tenants
<br />in common, Grantees.
<br />WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Co-Personal Represen-
<br />tatives of the Estate of Wilford F. Williams, Deceased, by the
<br />County Court of Hall County, Nebraska and are now qualified and
<br />acting in said capacity; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Grantees are determined to be the persons en-
<br />titled to distribution of the hereinafter described real property,
<br />and Grantors are authorized to distribute the same to Grantees;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantors convey, assiy-n, transfer, ar_d re-
<br />lease to Grantees all of Deceased's undivided interest in the
<br />following described real property:
<br />Let Six (5} Block Three (3}; WoodiSine Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging, but subject to easements and restrictions
<br />of record.
