14. That the Mortgagor will keep the buildings upon said premises in good repair. and neither commit nor permit waste
<br />upon said land, nor suffer the said premises to be used for any unlawful purpose.
<br />1 L That if the premises, or any part thereof, be condemned under the power of eminent domain, or acquired far a public
<br />use, the damages awarded. the proceeds for the taking of, or the consideration for such acquisition, to the extent of the full
<br />amount of indebtcdnes upon this mortgage and the note which it is given to secure remaining unpaid. are hereby assigned by the
<br />bfortgagor to the Mortgagee, and shay. be paid forthwith to said Mortgagee to be applied by the latter an account of the next
<br />maturingrnstallments of such indebtedness.

<br />surance under the National Housing Act within 60 days from the date hereof {written statement of any offtcer

<br />thereupon be foreclosed immediately for the whole of said money. interest, monthly payments, costs, groand rents. taxer and
<br />the cost of extending the abstract of title from the date of this loan to the time of commencing such foreclosure suit, and a rea-
<br />sonable attorney's fee, atl of which shalt be included in the decree of ;foreclosure: and the contract embodied in this mortgage
<br />and the note secured hereby, shall iri all respects be governed, amsirued and adjudged by the taws of Nebraska, where the
<br />same is made.
<br />The egvenants herein contained shall bind, and the benefits and advantages shall insure w, the respective heirs, executors,
<br />administrators, successors and assigns of the parties hereto- Whenever used. the singular number shall include the plural, the
<br />pltual the singular, and the use of any gender shalt be applicable to al! genders.
<br />The foregoing conditions, all and singular, being performed according to they nature! and legal import, this conveyance
