<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that
<br />Clyde L. J. Middagh and Caroline Middagh, husband and
<br />wife, each in his and her own individual ~ght, and as
<br />spouse of the other,
<br />hereinafter called the grantor, whether one or more, in
<br />consideration of $10,000.00 and other good and valuable con-
<br />sideration in hand gold, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and conf irm unto
<br />Louise Hiser, a single person,
<br />hereinafter called the grantee, whether one or more, the
<br />following described real estate, situated in the County of
<br />Hall, and State of tiTebraska, to wit:

<br />together with alI the tenements, hereditaments, and appur-
<br />tenances to the same belonging, and all the estate, title,
<br />dower, right of homestead, claim or demand whatsoever of the

<br />the appurtenances, unto the said grantee and to the grant-
<br />ee's assigns forever, and the grantor named herein, the
<br />grantor's heirs, executors, and administrators, do covenant
<br />with the grantee named herein and with the grantee's assigns
