7~- ~,t~T~26 <br />UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL EASEMENT <br />Mid-Continent Entexprises, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, <br />~r-• <br />herein called the Grantor, in consideration of ®g[~ .~~e~ar~ <br />~~ ~ ~ receipt of which is hereby acknow- <br />leged, hereby grants and conveys unto the <br />CITY OF' GRAND TSLAND, NEBRASKA <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called <br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way <br />to survey, construct, inspect, repair, replace, remove and operate <br />thereon, underground electrical distribution lines and other <br />appurtenances connected with such utility, upon, above, across, <br />underneath, and through the two tracts of land located in part <br />of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter {W'~NW'~} of Section Eight <br />{g}, Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the bth <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as fs~tl.ows: <br />Tract No. I <br />An eight (8) foot wide tract of land with the Easterly <br />line described as beginning at the Southwest corner of <br />Block One (1}, Continental Gardens; thence running north- <br />erly along the westerly line of said Block One (1) for <br />a distance of one hundred ninety (I90) feet. <br />Tract No. 2 <br />A sixteen (16) foat wide tract of land lying eight ($) <br />feet an either side of a ling described as beginning at <br />a point on the West side of Block One (1), Continental <br />Gardens, said point being one hundred ninety-eight (198} <br />feet North of the Southwest corner of said Block One (I); <br />thence running westerly parallel to the northerly pro- <br />longation of Black Seven (7), Unit One, Cantinental <br />Gardens, for a distance of one hundred five (105) feet; <br />thence running southwesterly to a point on the northerly <br />line of said Block Seven (7), Unit One, said point being <br />one hundred fifteen (115} feet West of the northeasterly <br />corner of said Block Seven (7), Unit One; thence running <br />northwesterly to a point an the northeasterly side of <br />said Block Seven (7), Unit One, said point being one <br />hundred fifty-seven (157) feet South of the northerly most <br />corner ox" Block Seven {7}, Unit One, Continental Gardens; <br />Said tracts containing 0.16 acres, more or Iess, as shown <br />on the plat dated 3/2/79, drawn by T.W.
