<br />Calvin R. Johnson, Bonnie Jean Van Skiver and-John I. Van Skiver, Co-trustees of the
<br />Trust for the children of Bonnie Jean Johnson l'an Skiver, an undivided one-half interest
<br />herein called the grantee whether ore or more, tre fallowing described real property in
<br />Mall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4 NE/4)
<br />of Section Twenty-one (21) , Township Eleven (11) North , Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. ,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly line of Elm Street with the Southerly
<br />line of Anna Street; thence running Southwesterly along the Southerly line of Anna Street a
<br />distance of two hundred seventy-four (274} feet to the East line of Cleburn Street as condemned
<br />by City Ordinance No. 1591, dated February 2, 1938; thence running Southeasterly along the
<br />Easterly line of Cleburn Street a distance of one hundred forty (140) feet; thence running
<br />Northeasterly parallel to the Southerly line of Anna Street a distance of two hundred severty-

<br />And the grantor for itself and its successors does hereby covenant with the grantee
<br />and with grantee's heirs and assigns that grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that
<br />they are free from encumbrance; that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey
<br />the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the
<br />lawful claim of all persons cvhcsoever.
