<br />2. It is the intention and purpose of this
<br />corporation to operate without profit and so that. no part
<br />` of its net earnings or assets shall ever be distributed as
<br />a dividend or inure to the benefit of any private shareholder
<br />or individual, and the corporation intends to use the proceeds
<br />from the businesses it operates, ravages, administers, znd
<br />maintains, to further its objects and purposes and for
<br />related educational and charitable purposes.
<br />In addition to the above primary objects, pur-
<br />poses and powers, =his corporation. shall have the following
<br />general objects, purposes and powers:

<br />soever situated and whether real, personal or mixed, or any
<br />interest therein, or over-which it may exercise any control,
<br />including but not limited to the following: land, buildings,
<br />furniture, furnishings, vehicles, equipment, materials, stocks,
<br />bonds, notes, debentures and any and all other securities of
<br />all kinds, copyrights, trademarks, franchises and permits.
