<br />Co-Trustees of the Trust for the children of Calvin R. Johnson, owners of an

<br />Calvin ~?. Johnson, Bonnie Jean Van Skiver and Jahn I. Van Skiver, Co-Trustees

<br />The above owners hereby give notice:
<br />1. The above described real estate has been sold by written "Contract
<br />''or Sale of Real Estate" to Larxy -. Cook and Janet K. Cook,
<br />husband and wife, by an agreerent dated the~'".~7i day of ,a H

<br />2. The purchase price for the sale of the premises by the above owners

<br />held in escrow by said First Naticnal Bank of Hastings, Hastings, Nebraska,
