<br />1. Calvin R. Johnson, Kathryn Jane Johnson and Bonnie Jean San Skiver,
<br />Co-Trustees of the Trust for the children of Calvin R. Johnson, owners of an
<br />undivided one-half interest in anal to the real property set fortl~i below, and
<br />Calvin ~?. Johnson, Bonnie Jean Van Skiver and Jahn I. Van Skiver, Co-Trustees
<br />of ~.;he Trust for the children of Bonnie Jean Johnson Van Skiver, owners of the
<br />other undivided one-half interest in and to the real property set forth below

<br />The above owners hereby give notice:
<br />1. The above described real estate has been sold by written "Contract
<br />''or Sale of Real Estate" to Larxy -. Cook and Janet K. Cook,
<br />husband and wife, by an agreerent dated the~'".~7i day of ,a H

<br />2. The purchase price for the sale of the premises by the above owners
<br />to Saruy -. Cook and Janet K. Cook, husband and. wife, is, according to the
<br />terms of the "Gontract for Sale of Real Estate" to be paid for

<br />properly executed by the above grantors, to the above named grantees, has been
<br />delivered to the First Ptational Bank of Hastings, Hastings, Nebraska, and is
<br />held in escrow by said First Naticnal Bank of Hastings, Hastings, Nebraska,
