Exeept for the unpaid note to Home Federal savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, secured by the real estate mortgage on the residence of the parties; which indebtedness is assumed and is to be paid by Petitioner, Respondent shall pay all of the debts of the parties incurred during their marriage prior to the date of the filing of the Petition by Petitioner for dissolution of the marriage of the parties. IQ. Respondent will pay to Petitioner within ninety (90) days after the entering a Decree of Dissolution of Marriage the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00} alimony to be used for school tuition by Petitioner for going to school to improve her ability to earn income. 11. Respondent will pay the court costs of this acticn, including Threw Hundred Dollars ($300.00) to apply on Petitioner's attorney`s fee. i2. Petitioner and Respondent agree to execute whatever documents, titles or other instr~.aments are necessary to convey title to the other for accomplishing the purpose of this Agreement. 13. This Agreement is subject to the approval of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Eleventh Judicial District, and subject to the Decree of Dissolutiar. of N.arriage to be entered by the District Court of Hail County, Nebraska, Eleventh Judicial District, dissolving the marital relationship existing between Petitioner and Respondent, and, in the absence of approval of this P.greement by the Court or of -4-
