MERRICK, <br />_ ) <br />Respondent. <br />NOW, on this 29th day of November, 1977, the above matter came <br />on for hearing before the Honorable Donald H. Weaver, District Judge. <br />The Petitioner was present in Court and represented by her <br />attorney, Lloyd W, Kelly, and the Respondent was present in Court <br />and represented by his attorney, Kenneth H. Elson. <br />Testimony was taken and evidence introduced and the Court, being <br />fully advised, finds a~ follows: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject <br />matter of this action. <br />2. Neither party is a member of the Armed Services of the United <br />States. <br />3, That the marriage is irretrievably broken and irreconcilable <br />and should be dissolved. <br />~. That a Property Settlement Agreement signed by the parties <br />:aas introduced into evidence, marked Exhibit "1" and should he approved <br />by the Court. <br />IT IS Ti-IEREFORE ORi~ERED: <br />1. That the marriage between the Petitioner and Respandent should <br />tie, and the same hereby is; dissolved. f <br />2. That the Property Settlement Agreement attached hereto, marked ~ <br />I <br />Exhibit "1" is approved and made a part of this Decree. <br />3. The child support is in commence December 1st, 1977. <br />4. That the parties will signF_the necessary documents to <br />facilitate the transfers and the carrying out a~ this Decree. <br />- KELLY.
