BAKER AND JAMES L. MCELROY, as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees -- the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Eight (8) in Block Thirteen (13) in Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall Cour_ty, Nebraska TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever.
