<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />In consideration-of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory
<br />note hereinafter described, the undersigned, Sidney Waldbaum and Fer*± M. t~aldbaum,-
<br />Husband and Wife, hereby covenant and agree to pay to The r^irst National Bank of
<br />-Grand island, Grand-Island, Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of FORTY-NINE--
<br />T~i€)t~SA?d?? .~N~ Nn I1Qn DOT.L~aS {544,000.00), together sairh interest Lilere@n at ?line
<br />and Three/Fourths-Per Cent (4 3/4X) per annum Pram the date hereof, such sum to be
<br />payable on June 23;-1473. Interest shall be payable at matu_ity on June 24, 1973.
<br />The original princ3.ga1 note in the amount of Forty-Nine Thousand and no/100 Doiiara
<br />($43,000:00), was executed and delivered by the undersigned under the date of
<br />December 22, 1377, to The First National Baaxk of Grand Island, Grand Island, b~hraska,
<br />and was due and payable on thesrd day of Play, 147$, together with interest at 9~ per
<br />annum and secured by Real Estate Mortgage to The First National Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded as Document X77-D07462 in the Mortgage Records of
<br />F3ali County, Nebraska.
<br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of Forty-Nine
<br />Thousand and no/100 Dollars, together with interest thereon at Nine and Three-Fourths
<br />{4 3/4X) per annum, such principal and interest to be payable in lawful money of the
<br />Lnited States of America at The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska..
<br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate
<br />mortgage above-described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain
<br />unchanged and in full force and effect during such extended period. If default.
<br />be made in payment of any principal sum, the entire principal sum with interest
<br />thereon, shall become immediately.-due and payable at the election of the 14ga1
<br />holder thereof. _

<br />I hereby rat~:Ey-and confirm-such -mortgage recorded as Doet*~nent #7?-0074b2 in the
<br />-Rea;. Estate Mortgage records of hall Cce~f~~ 2~bras~s,a; as the-flat mortgages-;1?:en°
<br />upon the-real property described therein, and the whole of the title therefor as
<br />now ciwned by me.
<br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement with referenr_e to and an the
<br />faith and-credit of their property, which they now own, or have an interest in,
<br />or hereafter may acquire; the ex-press intention being to charge and to continue
<br />to charge any and all of such property with the payment of the indebtedness, the
<br />payment of which is Herein extended. ,
