<br />and the principal o€ and interest on any Future Advances secured by this Mortgage.
<br />Z. Funds for Taxes and lasusmsee. Subject to Lender's option under paragraphs 4 and 5 hereof, Bor-
<br />rower shall gay to Zander on-the day monthly installments of principal and interest are payable under the
<br />Norte, until the Nate is-paid in full, a sum {herein "Funds") ecjual to one-twelfth of the yearly taxes and
<br />assessmenfs which may attain priority over this iyfortgage,-and ground rents on the Property, if any plus
<br />- one-twelfth of yearly premium instalIznents for hazard insurance, plus one-twelfth of yearly premium in-
<br />= stallments for mortgage insurance, if any, all as reasonably estimated initially and from time to time by
<br />Lender on the basis of assessments and b7ls and reasonable estima#~ thereof,- Lender shall apply the FSxnds
<br />to pay said #axes, assessments, insurance premiums and ground rents. Lender shall make na charge for sa
<br />holding and applying the Fuaids or verifying and. crompiling said assessments and bills: The Lender shall
