<br />Charles E. Mettenbrink and Lena A. Mettenbrink,
<br />husband and wife, to Ralph H. Mettenbrink by .deed
<br />dated October 29, 1973 and inadvertently deeded
<br />thereafter by them to Charles E. tiettenbrink Farms,
<br />Ltd., which acquired ne interest in this-real
<br />estate by such deed recorded May 4, 1976, since
<br />Grantors in that deed no longer owned any interest
<br />in the real estate. -
