Deed. <br />Sellers agree to execute their warranty deed conveying <br />said premises to the Buyers and such deed will be delivered on <br />Settlement Date to the escrow agent. The Sellers agree to pay <br />the documentary recording tax required for recording such deed, <br />but in an amount not to exceed ;58.30. <br />S. Bscrow Aaent. <br />The deed, abstract, and a copy of this agrees~ent shall <br />be placed in escrow with The Bank of Doniphan, Doniphan, <br />Nebraska who shall serve as escrow agent.
