<br />My name is Marjarie S. Foster. I was born on the 8th
<br />day of April, 191?. I reside at Rural Route No. 1, Doniphan,
<br />in Hall County, State of Nebraska. It is sssy intention to re-
<br />nounce and disclaim a beneficial interest or power which I might
<br />otherwise possess due to *_-±e death of trayne S. Foster, who resided
<br />at Rural Route No. 1, Doniphan, in the County of Hall, in the State
<br />of Nebraska, at the time of his death. My relationship to the prop-
<br />erty in which the decedent had an interest for the purpose of this

<br />ceeding to a renounced interest, donee, beneficiar} under a testa-
<br />mentary or nontestamentary disposition, donee of a power of ap-
<br />pointment, grantee, surviving joint owner or surviving joint tenant,
