<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by Thayer Family L.L.C., A NE Limited Liability Co. and Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M. Thayer,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings
<br />Bank of Grand Island, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney,
<br />as Trustee, dated November 2$, 20011 and recorded December 20, 2001, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 020oi13166
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />TI'USt executed by Thayer Family L.L.C., A NE Limited Liability Co. and Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M.
<br />Thayer, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as
<br />Beneficiary, dated November 2s, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200113166, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby
<br />grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, a.ll the estate
<br />and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the
<br />property described therein, located in Hall County, State of Nebraska, described as
<br />follows:
<br />Unit Sixteen (16), The Village Condominiums, a Condominium, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial
