Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Thayer Family L.L.C., A NE Limited Liability Co. and Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M. Thayer, <br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings <br />Bank of Grand Island, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, <br />as Trustee, dated November 2$, 20011 and recorded December 20, 2001, in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 020oi13166 <br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of <br />TI'USt executed by Thayer Family L.L.C., A NE Limited Liability Co. and Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M. <br />Thayer, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D.
