<br />(68) in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the gremises, together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto grantee and
<br />grantee's heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever.
<br />Grantor, for itself and its successors, covenants with grantee
<br />and with grantee's heirs, executors, administrators and assigns that
