The <br />Court, after hearing statements of~the trustee, reviewing the <br />file and being o~herwise fully advised in the premises, makes <br />the following findings and Orders: <br />1, That F. Stannard Lentz is she fuly authorized and acting <br />trustee in the above-captioned estate. <br />2. That notice of this application was given on the 12th <br />day of Octo~er, 197$, to all creditors and vtiaer par tie8 of <br />interest, and that there-has been no objection stated or filed <br />as to the trustee's application. <br />3. That the bankrupts listed in their schedules real estate <br />at 2205 Pioneer Boulevard, Grand Island, 2ebraska, which real <br />estate is non-exempt and ar. asset of the ban;~rupt estate, subject <br />to any and alI valid liens and encumbrances, and legally described <br />as follows, to-wit: <br />Lot 17, Block "B", Parkvieca Subdivision, Grand <br />island, Ha31 County, Nebraska. <br />4. That said real estate is sabject to a first mortgage in <br />favor of First Federal Savings and Loan of Lincoln, Nebraska, <br />which has a balance due as of Septemner 1, 1978, of $35,373.70, <br />-with interest running at $9.5447 per day. <br />5. That this Court has heretofore authorized the property <br />be listed with Baker-Christensen Realty Company of Grand Zsland, <br />Nebraska, and that Richard R. DeMaranville and Crystal A. <br />I3eMaranville haue offered to purchase said real estate for the <br />sum of $42,504.40, <br />~~~ <br />
