<br />CO-PERSOAIAL RBPRESENTATIVES' JOLT TENANCY DEED
<br />Lloyd Clayton Brown and Ralph Robert Brown, as the duly
<br />appointed, qualified and acting Cc-Personal Representatives of the
<br />Estate of Edith B, Brown, Deceased, and acting by virtue and in
<br />pursuance of the power, authority and direction vested in said Ca-
<br />Personal Representatives under the Order of the County Court of Adams
<br />County, Nebraska, entered in said estate, herein called the Grantor,
<br />whether one or more, in consideration of Two Hundred Forty Nine
<br />Thousand Six Hundred and no/l0q Dollars ($249,6g0.g0) received from
<br />Grantees does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confir;r~ unto
<br />Douglas C. Krueger and Elisabeth [~. Krueger, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants and not as tenants in common, the fcllowing described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />to have and to hold the above described premises together with all
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantees as joint tenants.
<br />And Grantor for himself and his successors dces hereby
<br />covenant with Grantees that Grantor is lawfully seised of said-
<br />premises; that Grantor has not made, done, executed or suffered any
<br />act or thing whatsoever whereby said premises or any part thereof
<br />now or at any time hereafter shall be imperiled, charged or encumbered
<br />in any manner whatsoever; that Grantor has good right and lawful
<br />authority to convey the same; and that Grantor warrants and will defend
<br />the title tc said premises against the lawful claims of all persor=s
<br />whomsoever.
