<br />Lloyd Clayton Brawn and Ralph Robert Erown, as the duly
<br />appointed, qualified and acting Co-Personal Representat.i.ves of the
<br />Estate of Edith B. Brown, Deceased, and acting by virtue and in
<br />pursuance of the power, authority and direction vested in said Go-
<br />Personal Representatives under the Order of the County Court of Adams
<br />County, Nebraska, entered in said estate, herein palled the Grantor,
<br />whether one or more, in consideration of Three Hundred Twelve
<br />Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($312,000.00) received from Grantee does
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Harvey C,
<br />Munsterman and Carl 3. Munsterman, as tenants in common, herein
<br />called the Grantee, whether one or more, the following described
<br />real. »roperty in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />fihe Northwest Quarter (NW a) of Section Thirty-
<br />three (33), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) 'West of the 6th P.N., subject to existing
<br />easements, whether of retard ar not, subject to
<br />reservations, restrictions and covenants of
<br />record, if any, and further subject to roads
<br />and conveyances to the State of Nebraska ar
<br />the County of Hall for roads,
<br />to have and to hold the above described premises together with all
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belanging unto.
<br />the Grantee and to Grantee`s heirs and assigns forever.
<br />And Grantor for himself and his successors does hereby
<br />covenant with Grantee and With Grantee`s heirs and dssigrts that-
<br />Grantor is Iawully seised of said premises; that Grantor :has xzot --
<br />made, done, executed or suffered any act or thing whatsoever whereby
<br />said premises or any, part thereof now or at any time hereafter-shall
<br />be imperiled, charged or encumbered in any manner :~lzatsoever, that
