WHEREAS, the Party of the First Part is seized of an estate in fee ,simple of a parcel of land described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of 7,ot One (1) Mil-Nie Additian to the City of Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska, thence northerly along the west boundary line of Lot Two (2) Mil-Hie Additian a distance of Fifteen Feet (15'3, thence easterly a distance of One Hundred Twenty Feet (120'} on a line parallel with the northerly boundary of Limit One (i) Mil-Nic Addition, thence southerly a distance of Fif- teen Feet C15'} to the northerly boundary line of Lat One (l) Mil-Nic Additian, thence westerly a distance of One Hundred Twenty Feet 4120') along the northerly boundary line of Lat One (1} Mil-Nic Additian to the point of beginning.
