~~~ '~' ~ "%~ej EASEMENT <br />~d~. e <br />THIS INDE2'TURE made this 'zZ day of December, 1978, between <br />Nebraska Mil-Nic Inc., former known as Cedar Street Investment Co., <br />a corporation, Party of the First Part, and Robert Hindman, Vincent <br />Dowding, and Oral Tague, Party of the Second Part. <br />WHEREAS, the Party of the First Part is seized of an estate in <br />fee ,simple of a parcel of land described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of 7,ot One <br />(1) Mil-Nie Additian to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hail County, Nebraska, thence northerly along <br />the west boundary line of Lot Two (2) Mil-Hie <br />Additian a distance of Fifteen Feet (15'3, <br />thence easterly a distance of One Hundred <br />Twenty Feet (120'} on a line parallel with <br />the northerly boundary of Limit One (i) Mil-Nic <br />Addition, thence southerly a distance of Fif- <br />teen Feet C15'} to the northerly boundary line <br />of Lat One (l) Mil-Nic Additian, thence westerly <br />a distance of One Hundred Twenty Feet 4120') <br />along the northerly boundary line of Lat One (1} <br />Mil-Nic Additian to the point of beginning. <br />AND WHEREAS, the Party of the Second Part is seized in fee <br />simple of another parcel of land described as: <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot One <br />{1} Mil-Nic Additian thence southerly a distance <br />of Sixty Feet i60') along the east boundary of <br />said Lot One (1), thence northwesterly across <br />Lot One (1) Mil-Nic Additian tc a point on the <br />northerly boundary line of said Lot One (1} which <br />point is Sixty-Feet (60'} west of the northeast <br />corner of said Lot One (i} thence easterly along <br />the northerly boundary line of Lot One {11 to <br />the point of beginning. <br />A?'7D WHEREAS, the parties hereto have mutually. agreed to exchange <br />grants of easement as consideration for each easement: <br />NOW, this indenture witnesseth that, ire consideration of the <br />mutual exchange cf easements, the parties hereto hereby grant to <br />the other party, their heirs, agents and assigns: <br />The right and liberty for each party, their heirs, agents, <br />employees, customers and assigns, at all times hereafter, for all <br />purposes connected with the use and enjoyment o£ the said land by <br />Each party for whatever purpose the said lard may be from time to <br />time lawfully used and enjoyed, to pass and repass across the prop- <br />erty owned by each of the parties for the purpose of t;:aveling to <br />the land owned by each of the parties, or vice versa. <br />To have and to hold the said easement and right of way hereby <br />granted unto each party, their agents, employees and assigns, as <br />appurtenant to the said land of each party and every part thereof. <br />In witness whereof the parties hereunto set their hands and <br />seals the day and year first above written. <br />-1- <br />NEBRASKA MIL-NIC, INC., formerly known <br />as CEDAR STREET INVESTMENT CO. <br />
